Managing Student Accounts
The IT department has assumed management of many of the students' software accounts to keep usernames and passwords as consistent as possible. This means that IT maintains the accounts, moves students from class to class as necessary, resets passwords, and creates or deactivates accounts when needed.
It is the responsibility of the teacher (especially at the elementary school) to help students use the account credentials to log into each program. To assist teachers with this, a master spreadsheet of student accounts has been created. All teachers have view-only access to this spreadsheet. You may print it as needed for your own purposes.
